The earliest in-date batch sells first; expired stock is blocked and shown as such.
Schedule H register
Schedule H sales recorded in the register as you bill.
NDPS registers
Forms 3H, 3D and 3E filled on every movement of listed narcotic drugs, with serials and balances. Confirm formats with your State Drugs Control.
Dispensing labels
Patient, drug, dose and directions from the prescription, with a Tamil or Hindi line, batch and expiry.
Reorder
Minimum and maximum per drug, days of cover from 30-day sales, and a draft purchase order.
Recall, returns and stock count
Hold a recalled batch everywhere, returns to supplier with credit notes, stock count with a reason for each difference.
Ward issue to the bill
Issue to admitted patients; the charges go to the hospital bill for discharge billing and claims.
Online Pharmacy
Online orders with prescription checks, delivery and refills; NDPS, psychotropic and Schedule X items are blocked online.

- Bring in your old records from spreadsheets, CSV, database exports or a read-only live connection to your old system.
- Verify your doctors. Upload the registration certificate; signing prescriptions and discharge papers unlocks after approval.
- Add computers with Sync OS when you need several desks (front desk, doctors, wards, lab) on the same records.

Questions
Does it file GST returns?
The billing side creates GST invoices. The ERP app prepares GSTR-1, 2B match and e-way bill data as files for your accountant or the GST portal; it does not file for you.
Does it work for an online pharmacy?
Yes, the Online Pharmacy app takes orders with prescription checks, delivery and refills. Live courier APIs are not connected; tracking links are entered by hand.
Is the NDPS register format approved?
The registers follow Forms 3H, 3D and 3E. Formats differ by state, so confirm them with your State Drugs Control before relying on them.
How much does MedDroid cost?
The Community Edition is free forever and includes all 23 MedDroid apps (14 hospital and clinic systems + 9 add-on apps). Paid editions (Clinic Pro, Pro Workstation, Hospital Enterprise) add online services and support; current prices are on the pricing page. Founding 30 hospitals pay nothing to sign up and get medical equipment worth ₹10–50 lakh, free, under a written agreement.
