- Setup call within 1 working day. We plan the setup with you.
- Download MedDroid Providers for Windows, macOS or Linux and install the apps you need in one click. The EMR comes pre-installed.
- Bring in your old records from spreadsheets, CSV, database exports or a read-only live connection to your old system.
- Verify your doctors. Upload the registration certificate; signing prescriptions and discharge papers unlocks after approval.
- Add computers with Sync OS when you need several desks (front desk, doctors, wards, lab) on the same records.

Questions
Is the EMR really free?
Yes. The Community Edition is free forever and includes all 23 MedDroid apps, the EMR among them. Paid editions add online services such as unlimited MedDroid Assistant and WhatsApp for every doctor, ABDM record sharing and priority support; see the pricing page for current prices.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The desktop app keeps records on your computer and the offline AI (MedDroid-v9) runs locally. It needs a computer with about 8 GB of RAM for the AI model.
Can I print prescriptions?
Yes, on an NMC-format pad with your registration number. Signing prescriptions unlocks once your doctor verification (registration certificate check) is approved.
How much does MedDroid cost?
The Community Edition is free forever and includes all 23 MedDroid apps (14 hospital and clinic systems + 9 add-on apps). Paid editions (Clinic Pro, Pro Workstation, Hospital Enterprise) add online services and support; current prices are on the pricing page.
