Close the gaps with MedDroid Providers (free)

MedDroid Providers puts the EMR, e-prescriptions, appointments and OPD queue, Patient Recall, ABDM Centre, billing, LIS and TeleConnect in one desktop app with records on your own computer. All 23 apps are free; Sync OS keeps the clinic working offline. Hospitals can apply for the Founding 30 offer.

How the score works

Each answer scores 0, 1, 2 or 3 points (first option 0, last option 3). Twelve areas give a maximum of 36 points. Your score is points ÷ 36 × 100, rounded. Every area counts the same.

  • 0–39 Getting started
  • 40–69 Building up
  • 70–89 Well set up
  • 90–100 Digitally ready

How the roadmap is ordered

Every area below 3 points is a gap. Gaps are sorted by your score in that area (lowest first), then by risk: data privacy and backups come before records and prescriptions, which come before appointments, billing and online presence. Losing records or leaking them hurts more than a missing booking page.

What to do with the result

  1. Fix one gap a month; most clinics cannot change everything at once.
  2. Start with the items that protect patients: privacy, backups, prescriptions.
  3. Involve your front desk early: they use the system more than you do.
  4. Repeat the assessment in three months and compare the printout.

Questions

What is a clinic digital readiness assessment?

A short self-check of how far your clinic uses digital tools for records, prescriptions, appointments, reminders, ABDM, backups, billing, lab results, teleconsultation, online presence, data privacy and staff workflow.

Do I need to give my email to see the result?

No. The score and roadmap appear on this page straight away. Your answers stay in your browser and are not sent or saved.

Is a low score bad?

No. It shows where to start. Many good clinics run on paper; the roadmap lists the next small step in each area.

Does MedDroid connect to ABDM?

MedDroid captures ABHA numbers today. ABDM record sharing is built and switches on once the National Health Authority approves MedDroid’s integration, which is pending.

Privacy. Runs only in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to MedDroid or saved: close the page and it is gone. MedDroid is software for clinics and hospitals; this tool gives general practice-management help, not legal, tax or medical advice.
