MedDroid Model Studio: train a medical model or build a RAG

Model Studio is the MedDroid SDK path from your medical data to a listed product. You keep your data and your weights; the Marketplace lists the link.

Fine-tune a medical model

1. Pick a base model: a medical model like MedGemma, or a lighter one that fits your GPU.
2. Prepare data: your own de-identified records as JSONL, or the sample dataset.
3. Train: the guided notebook on Kaggle's free GPU, or QLoRA/LoRA on your own desktop GPU, step by step.
4. Publish: submit the link with your brand and an honest model card, public or private invite-only.

Build a RAG from your files

Turn guidelines, SOPs or papers into a searchable knowledge base with no fine-tuning, and publish it read-only so others can query it. Sample corpora from public-domain and CC-BY sources (StatPearls, openFDA drug labels, MedlinePlus), each file keeping its title, publisher and source URL.

Models you fine-tune are tools, not validated clinical devices: train only on de-identified, lawfully obtained data and ship an honest model card. Model Studio is part of the Pro Workstation edition (see pricing).
